About Us

Ecoinspire, formed in 2007, specializes in zero waste and sustainability planning. Past projects include creation of zero waste strategies for Whistler and elsewhere, a solid waste communications plan for a regional district, developing extended producer responsibility program plans in BC and managing projects. Other projects have included writing, research and speaking on environmental issues.  Key strengths include building teams, understanding behaviour change and a thorough knowledge of Zero Waste.

Sue Maxwell, principal, has experience in project management and local government.  She has a Masters degree in Environment and Management with a thesis on zero waste. She often works in teams to assist clients in reaching their goals and planning for systems change. She also has volunteered for many Zero Waste and sustainability groups.
